Solar Infrastructure for Corporations, Utilities, Multi-Family Complexes, Municipalities and Commercial Leaders

Powerhouse Energy 360 (PHE360) delivers high-performance solar solutions for organizations that operate at scale. We partner with Fortune 500 companies, major utilities, and large commercial enterprises to design and build solar infrastructure that drives measurable business value.

With over seven years of experience and a team of seasoned engineers, project managers, and energy professionals, we understand what it takes to execute complex projects—on time, on budget, and without disrupting operations.

Why Solar

Solar energy is a clean, abundant, independent, and renewable resource.

It is also a strong financial investment with an attractive return on investment. Solar can help reduce your monthly electric bills and lower seasonal or peak electricity demand. Solar photovoltaic (PV) systems are a proven, reliable, and cost-effective way to generate clean electricity directly on your property.

Design, Build, and Maintain

As a full-service NABCEP-certified solar PV company, we provide both turnkey projects and specialized support services. For turnkey installations, we manage the entire process, from design and engineering to permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning, while coordinating with your electric utility to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

In addition to solar installations, we provide EV charging infrastructure and operations and maintenance services for existing solar facilities. All systems are monitored through our advanced Network Operations Center in Atlanta, GA, to ensure optimal performance.

We also provide design and installation of energy storage systems using advanced battery technologies, which can operate independently or alongside solar installations.

How It Works

Solar photovoltaic arrays capture sunlight and convert it into electricity. In just 10 seconds, the sun sends more energy to Earth than the entire world uses during that time.

  • Photons to Electricity
Photovoltaic (PV) cells made from purified silicon use photons from sunlight to excite electrons, generating electric energy.
  • DC to AC Conversion
An inverter converts the direct current (DC) electricity generated by the panels into alternating current (AC) that matches the utility grid.
  • Clean Power for the Future
The building uses solar-generated electricity, thereby reducing reliance on grid energy and providing long-term clean power.
  • Enjoy the Benefits
Reduce taxable income, strengthen energy resilience, control long-term energy costs, enhance corporate reputation, and reduce your carbon footprint.

Financing Solar and Storage Projects

Powerhouse Energy 360 works with several companies that specialize in solar financing options based on state laws and utility programs. Our team will work closely with you to understand your financial objectives and determine the best solution for your project.

Our solar financing options include:

SEPA in Georgia – Solar Energy Procurement Agreement

  • A long-term agreement in which the customer (off-taker) purchases electricity at a negotiated SEPA rate ($/kWh) for a specified term without owning the system.
  • A third party owns the system and is responsible for permitting, installation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • This option became available after House Bill 57 (The Solar Power Free Market Financing Act of 2015) was signed into law on July 1, 2015. The legislation amended the Territorial Electric Service Act of 1973 and allows third-party ownership of solar systems in Georgia.

Third-Party Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)

  • Third-party PPAs allow you to purchase electricity generated by a solar system owned by another party.
  • You provide the land or roof space and agree to purchase the electricity at a fixed rate for the duration of the agreement. These agreements typically range from 25 to 35 years.

Leasing

  • We work with banks and financial institutions that offer solar-specific leasing options in states where third-party power purchase agreements are not yet permitted.
  • Leasing can also be beneficial for nonprofits that cannot directly utilize the Federal Tax Credit or Accelerated/Bonus Depreciation, since the leasing company can apply these incentives and pass the savings on through lower costs.

Other Options

  • Additional options may include funding from impact investors, nonprofit donation programs, and other specialized financing structures.

Federal Solar Tax Credit (ITC)

The Investment Tax Credit (ITC), also known as the federal solar tax credit, allows system owners to deduct 30% of the cost of installing a solar energy system from their federal taxes.

The ITC applies to both residential and commercial solar systems and does not have a maximum cap.

The credit schedule historically included:

  • 2016–2019: 30% Tax Credit
  • 2020: 26% Tax Credit
  • 2021: 22% Tax Credit
  • 2022-July 2026: 10% Tax Credit for Commercial Solar Systems

Recent legislation also allows homeowners to claim the tax credit once construction begins, provided the solar system becomes operational by the required deadline.
